Leanne completed her 200 hr YTT in 2021 with The Mindful Life Practice. In addition to trying to attend a yoga class every day, she has taught to an online community and at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico while on a retreat with her online community. Leanne has also completed a 30 hour Sober Curious Yoga Teacher Training and is happy to explore this with students and our One Heart Community. In this training she learned how to hold sharing circles and meditations for Mindful Life Practices. Leanne loves a gentle flow and is looking forward to sharing space at One Heart.
